RDS Confidential Shredding was recommended to me by Chris Burn of CSRB Limited. I contacted Lynn and received a prompt response. I was given a date when they would be in my area. I had a couple of questions beforehand and Lisa answered them satisfactorily straightaway. Josh arrived on the day and took everything away and had time for a nice chat and explained exactly what would happen with my shredding and that I’d receive my certificate within a couple of day – which I did. I would not hesitate in recommending RDS Confidential Shredding and will be using their friendly, efficient service on an annual basis.

Like many others we found RDS through Google. They quickly verified the quickest method to cost the shredding requirements and within a day had quoted and arranged the collection of the documents, back-up tapes, and hard-drives, all 3 pallets for destruction. The day following the collection we received the certificate of destruction. Excellent service couldn't recommend RDS more for price and quality of service.

We've been using RDS for a while now for our confidential shredding. The monthly collection has enabled us to greatly reduce our archived paperwork and all at a very reasonable cost.
